Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect product has been delivered.
  • Product packaging is tampered with upon delivery.
  • Product has expired before delivery.
Return Request Timeline

Any return or replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Orders returned after 48 hours of delivery
Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Cancellation Policy
  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
